Chandrapur Midc Industrial Area is a pride industrial area, developed by MIDC. The total area is 214.48 hectares. The land came under MIDC possession in the year, 1976. The development works started in 1977 and completed in 1985, since 1977 when the plot allotment started in Chandrapur. Availability of the plots: Plots are available in various sizes ranging from 1,000 sq.mt. and above. Number of plots allotted: At present out the total plotable area available for allotment, 200 plots are allotted having area more than 91.68 hectares. 21 plots are still vacant for allotment.

Chandrapur Midc Land Rates

Industrial Plots per sq. mtr : 100
Residential Plots per sq. mtr : 150
Commercial Plots per sq. mtr : 200

NOTE :

1. MIDC reserves the right to revise the rates without prior notice.
2. If the plot is facing State Highway/National Highway or the service road parallel to highways, then 15% additional premium will have to be paid.
3. If the plot is having the more frontage than the standard size, then additional frontage charges will have to be paid for the excess frontage per running meter decided by the corporation time to time.
4. If the plot is situated at the junction as stated at 1) above or having the excess frontage as stated at 3) above, in that case the additional premium will have to be recovered which will be on higher side.
