This is the route which the devotees from the ancient times used, to walk down to Srisailam from Nagaluti via Pedda Cheruvu across the hills and through dense forests by foot. This place has a mention in many ancient inscriptions and is called as ‘Longalooty’. At this place Nagalooty, there is a complex of dilapidated temples, Gopuras, Pushkarinis, and broken idols which can be dated back to 12-14th AD. There are small idols of Veerabhadra, Bhadrakali and Utchista Ganapathi.
This place is at a distance of 28km from Srisailam.
