Sarveswaram
Sarveswaram
This place is also called as Saleswaram and Saileswaram this place is one of the sacred spots of Nallamalais, nearly of about 90 Km from Srisailam.
There is a cave temple constructed within the shallow cave made with bricks and mortar dedicated to Lord Siva and there are two ponds named as Sarvesa theertham and Pushkara theertham. Just opposite this cave temple there is a huge water fall which has one of the amazing water falls in this forest which is accessible.
This temple seems to have been constructed in the 6th – 7th A.D. In the Sriparvatha Purana the great work of Seshanatha of 16th Century speaks in high regard about this place.
